Unwearable, Unbearable
"Unwearable, Unbearable" .... Some pieces demand to be created. A chunky piece of petrified wood landed on Sheila's workbench some time ago, where it remained. This intriguing beauty was too heavy to become a jewel, and definitely destined to stay where it was, to maybe become a paperweight one day. Yet it persistently kept speaking to her, so a jewel is what it had to become, whether being worn or not. The boundaries between art and adornment are challenged here.
