Shipping policy

We ship all our products from our studio in Switzerland, where every product is being made, within 2 days of the order, unless we need to resize the product prior to shipping.

We ship our products to the following countries with a shipping rate, depending on in which zone the country is. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We don't have standard rates setup for other countries, but we will provide a shipping rate on request. Please contact us.


Zone 1 - Switzerland

Zone 2 - Rest of Europe:

United Kingdom, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Åland Islands, Andorra, Armenia, Bouvet Island, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Guernsey, Vatican City, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey.

Zone 3 - Japan, North-America, South-America and Oceania:

United States, Canada, Japan, Mexico (31 of 32 states), Panama, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Caribbean Netherlands, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Australia, New Zealand.


Shipping Rates per Zone:


Local rates for Zone 1 - Switzerland:

  • Standard Rate: GBP 10.00
  • Free Shipping with orders over GBP 175.00


Rates for Zone 2 - All other European countries

  •  Standard Rate: GBP 20.00
  • Free Shipping with orders over GBP 175.00


Rates for Zone 3 - Japan, North-America, South-America and Oceania 

  • Standard Rate: GBP 28.50
  • Free Shipping with orders over GBP 175.00


Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sheila Westera London is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at admin (@) with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
