Modern Homage
‘Modern Homage’... was born as my personal ode to pearls. I have always found pearls magical, but I did not want to create a classic pearl necklace in the expected sense. I wanted to shift the mood, to break open perceptions, as a pearl necklace can be made more edgy.
One-of-a-kind with an array of pearls in different shapes and nuances, which I made into a playful, pod-like forms in different types of metal and blackened silver, rose gold and yellow gold are giving her more tension and character. She is unusual and elegant at once — a pearl jewel with a great personality.
Modern Homage belongs to my Conversation Pieces collection, where each work stands on its own and has to have its own identity, which is deeply important to me. I want a jewel to feel alive, different and unique. Finding balance in my work is essential to me, which sometimes can take me months...
With this jewel I proof that pearls do not have to stay within the perceived boundaries of tradition.

Welcome to my artistic world. Each piece you see here is a unique creation, born from my passion for combining natural stones with original designs. Every jewellery piece tells its own story and is personally created by me in my studio.
Your chosen piece comes in its own special jewellery box, which I designed in collaboration with artisans in Rome. Made with natural materials, each box features our signature colours, based around a mysterious midnight blue combined with other delicious colours.
The size shown is available. While I may be able to adjust sizes for certain designs, each modification is approached as thoughtfully as the original creation to maintain its artistic integrity. Please enquire about any possibilities or you could consider a personal assignment.
