Slippery
Necklace "Slippery".... the very slime that resulted into the birth of several jewels and sculptures, based on slimy politicians.. False promises and a corrupt world. Green slime captured within a glass vessel, part of more jewels created for the "I Don't Shine, I Have Something to Say" exhibition, which won her three awards for originality at the Venice Designweek, during the Venice Biennale 2025. The Swiss coin seals off the original slimy toy that shifted from a tactile pleasure as a child into a slippery metaphor as an adult. Yet there's hope in the mended chain segments working harmoniously together—a quiet reminder that humanity might create something better if we simply worked together with respect, which always is the beginning of everything.
