‘Menippe’.... a name drawn from Greek myth. To Sheila Westera, it marks something new entirely: another beginning, linked to Orion, and water nymphs, to strength and courage itself. Everything that happened in her life was part of a natural path, not an easy one and full of surprises! The Ethereal series, are intricate, flowing and organic shapes without stones.. for now. She loves the natural sculptural shapes, that have movement in them. This particular ring might be slightly otherworldly, but it is done in a beautiful way and she sits partly over the top of the hand.
