"Licinia"... ravissant and totally unique!
I created this exceptional ring as part of a small series called Marvellous. She is a unique work in three shades of blue, and belongs to my Conversation Pieces collection. Bold in presence yet relatively light to wear, Licinia has the kind of character that elegantly insists on being noticed.
Three stones in nuanced blues shape the heart of this piece: an icy blue faceted chalcedony in a thick drop shape, a square-ish blue kyanite in a Mediterranean sky tone, and an extraordinary deep blue lapis lazuli, cut as a flat drop. With my self-invented technique, I wanted the stones to appear almost as if they were floating in a pond-like surface. The top of the ring is softly rounded and subtly lobed, allowing the three stones to sit in careful balance, deeply embedded in the intricate structure created especially for this design.
This is a ring I will never replicate, but as another vibe, colour and variety, yes! Created by me, and it took me weeks to complete before I was satisfied. To me, Licinia is far more than a jewel: she is a true original, beyond trend, full of presence and of quiet importance. She will turn heads, certainly, but more than that, she will start the right conversations and stay in the memory of those who encounter her.

Your chosen piece comes in its own special jewellery box, which I designed in collaboration with artisans in Rome. Made with natural materials, each box features our signature colours, based around a mysterious midnight blue combined with other delicious colours.
The size shown is available. While I may be able to adjust sizes for certain designs, each modification is approached as thoughtfully as the original creation to maintain its artistic integrity. Please enquire about any possibilities or you could consider a personal assignment.
