"Mere" ... is a cool and colourful ring with one of the most magical blue stone colours around! The bluest blue, with slight shimmery sparkles when you look at her from up close, in sunlight or at candlelight. Sheila Westera created an easy and pure design around a raw Azurite stone, in wanting a few easy and more understated beauties, to feature in her Conversation Pieces Collection. Ring Mere, is unique in herself, made by using Sheila's own techniques, names the possessions technique. What's in a name? When she started to create her very first rings, was because she wanted to wear her own stone collection and couldn't find any designs that she liked. When she invented her own techniques, developed over years of practising, the feeling it gave her was 'having her own passions captured into jewels. Ring Renee is the kind of ring that you don't want to take off, because of her unique design and her mesmerising blue colour.
