"Florence" ... Oh, Florence... warm and wonderful! This three stone beauty, comes with loads of character! At first sight and seen from the top of a hand, she looks somewhat rough with her faded red colour.. but this ring has something extra, as on each side of the rough stone, she beams with colour! The smaller red faceted rubies are giving her loads of glam and that splash of colour, that she needs! Sheila Westera created this ring for her Conversation Pieces Collection, in where you only find one-of-a-kind jewels, just like ring Florence. Each ring comes with their own personality, because when Sheila starts to work, stones are her departure of choice, and when she is into her creative flow -which doesn't happen every day- stones are leading her the way. She is created in 14 kt rose gold filled in where all the stones are set into, and her finger band is made up of blackened silver, which is another quirky addition. Another fun fact is that the raw korund is the base of any ruby, and how they are being found in nature in different shapes and forms. Sheila wanted to connect the two stones in this ring, with made up of the same material, and where one is kept raw, and the two other stones are being treated by human hands.
